We’re recruiting a Behaviour Support Learning Assistant for a Gateshead school supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting positive behaviour strategies
* Assisting with small group intervention work
* Helping pupils reflect on choices and routines
* Supervising transitions and break times
* Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
