What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have around 3-7 years' PQE in residential conveyancing, supported by strong technical knowledge across freehold, leasehold, high‑value and more complex residential matters. You'll be confident managing your own caseload with accuracy, taking a proactive and well‑organised approach while working closely with colleagues in the commercial team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience are essential for this role.
