We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic individual to join the Women's and Children's Division as a Ward Clerk, primarily on our Paediatric Assessment Unit.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary ward team working across maternity, neonatal, and paediatric areas. Your role includes being the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff, providing clerical support to ensure high-quality care.
Your responsibilities include welcoming patients and visitors, preparing health records and patient correspondence, and ensuring demographic information is accurate at admission. You will also update the Patient Master Index in the Patient Centre PAS as needed.
