We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Thetford, Norfolk to support their sales operations through effective administrative coordination, customer communication, and day to day office support. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day to day operations. * Assist in managing customer communications via phone and email. * Maintain accurate records using a CRM system. * Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content and promotional materials. * Assist with creating and collating data for management reporting. * Input and process weekly payroll data accurately and on time. * Ensure all documentation is compliant with company and legal standards. * Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and manage office supplies The successful applicant will: * Have experience in an administrative/customer service sales support role for a fast paced, commercial organisation. * Have worked within a regulated sector and/or proven experience of working within strict compliance guidelines. * Be IT literate in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of using bespoke software, such as CRM systems. * Be able to work unsupervised using own initiative and as part of a team. * Hold effective interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written to support staff, workers, customers, senior management and other key professionals. Personality: * Ability to maintain composure in a challenging situation. * Willing to learn, take on new challenges and develop skills base. * Be able to work as part of a team and on a one-to-one basis. * Be able to offer flexibility in relation to hours of work and location to meet the changing needs of the business.
