Private PA to HNWI
A prestigious Hedge Fund is seeking a dynamic and flexible Private Personal Assistant to support a HNWI who is relocating from London to Milan.
The Private Personal Assistant will be located in Milan and responsible for translating Italian into English for the HNWI. For this reason, it’s essential the Private Personal Assistant speaks, reads, and writes in both Business Fluent Italian and English.
The Private Personal Assistant will coordinate personal events and logistics for the HNWI and their family, manage their personal calendar ensuring they work closely with their Business PA in London, manage the HNWI’s personal travel, assisting with investment documentation, paying invoices, and property management, answering phones, inbox management, providing IT functional support. The Private Personal Assistant will play a key role in helping the HNWI and their family settle into Milan life, helping them to make the city their new home.
The Private Personal Assistant will be highly organised, dependable, proactive, positive, and discreet. The Private Personal Assistant will work Monday-Friday, approx. 08:30-17:30 but flexibility is required. The Private Personal Assistant will either WFH or work from the HNWI’s home once they are set up there.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Business Fluent Italian and English
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting a HNWI in a Private PA capacity
3. Strong attention to detail, a passion for calendar management and a proactive approach
4. Proven track record of successfully managing competing priorities
5. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
