A brilliant
opportunity for an excellent Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Richmond
Hill Hotel, an independently owned hotel and restaurant (144 On The Hill), a
stone throw from Richmond Park in London.
The culture

looking for a proactive team player that comes with plenty of ideas and
enthusiasm and is also super organised and able to manage their time
effectively.
Annual
salary is £27,182.77 plus monthly service charge of approx. £300 - £350.

We’re
looking for enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for hospitality and going
the extra mile. We embrace our core values of Authentic, Colourful, Imaginative

thinking and team understanding in our team members.
As Demi
Chef de Partie at ‘144 on the Hill’ restaurant you will be responsible for:
Preparing,
cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty; Assisting your sous
chef and head chef in developing new specials dishes and recreating
menus; Ensuring you and your team deliver high standards of food and meet
health and safety regulations; Monitoring portion and waste control to
maintain profit margins.
You’ll
already be an established Demi Chef de Partie or a commis Chef seeking their
next challenge. Whilst it would be great if you had experience working in
a hotel environment, this isn’t essential, what is important is your
outstanding cooking skills gained within a fast-paced environment. You
will be creative and have a passion for creating profitable and exciting
specials and has an interest in classical techniques and authentic fresh
dishes.
