AXA - Global Healthcare are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant, who will thrive in a fast-paced, high autonomy environment, to build a new Strategy & Executive Office to support the CEO and Executive Management team in setting and delivering the company’s strategy. As our first team hire, you’ll work closely with the Head of Strategy & Executive Office to help shape and drive the development of high-quality executive tools and support to ensure leadership are aligned, informed and equipped to drive strategy execution. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office, and will preferably be able to align with various time zones as needed. What you’ll be doing: Design and deliver executive agenda management incl. coordinating agendas, materials and logistics, tracking decisions/actions and supporting the delivery of outcomes for ExCom meetings and other senior forums. Coordinate and prepare board materials, including content collection, synthesis and formatting in partnership with the CEO, CFO and Company Secretariat. Leveraging consultancy expertise, drive the strategic and financial planning process in collaboration with Finance and Transformation, preparing presentations and briefing packs as required, whilst supporting or leading on deep dives on specific strategic topics. Design and deliver executive level reporting, including quarterly and monthly business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) working with Finance and the wider business, and tracking strategic transformation programmes working closely with the Transformation Office. Develop and use global health insurance market analysis (e.g. competitor intelligence, internal briefing memos), alongside internal financial and operational data to identify business challenges and/or opportunities to inform strategic decision making. Draft and edit high-quality presentations, reports and memos for executive-level audiences and support the Internal Communications team on strategy communications within the business. Enable collaboration and alignment across the executive team and wider leadership team, to drive the execution of key strategic priorities, while providing constructive challenge, ideas and opinion as required. What you’ll bring: Proven experience as a strategy consultant, business consultant or similar role Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis and strategic planning Experience in conducting market, business and financial analysis to inform actionable business improvement strategies and strategic decision making Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions Exceptional writing, slide creation and presentation skills Strong verbal communication skills, with a goal of developing excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments in a productive manner A highly flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management, organisational skills and project management skills with a dedication to efficiency and detail Executive presence and ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple countries, with experience preparing materials for C-level executives or boards As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
