Key responsibilities include: Commercial * Administering the tender process * Managing subcontractor information and records * Tracking insurances and maintaining accreditations * Assisting QSs with subcontract payment processes * Processing invoices, expenses, timesheets and updating trackers Technical * Raising purchase orders and managing invoices/fees * Updating drawing registers and handling internal drawing enquiries * Managing the Premier Guarantee platform and certifications * Supporting procurement and attending meetings with minute taking/action updates What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in a property administration or construction environment * Confident using COINS (or equivalent systems) – Bluebeam experience is an advantage * Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft 365) * Ability to manage a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
