We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team in Spalding on a 3-4 month fixed-term contract.
You will be responsible for supporting a range of HR services and initiatives that align with the company's global and local, strategic objectives.
This position will support both the corporate office and factory/warehouse environment and will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed consistently across all business units.

Requirements
* Previous experience as an HR generalist
* Proficient knowledge of UK employment law
* Experience managing/supporting successful HR projects delivering change
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Experience in designing and delivering basic HR up-skilling programmes to People Managers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience gained within FMCG/food production/manufacturing environment advantageous
