B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our brand new team for our store opening
in Hamilton
This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week
and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Floor Supervisor in our new store, you will support the Floor Manager
in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers

* Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
* Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
* Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
* Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service
It Is Essential That You Have The Following
* Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
* The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
* Effective communication skills
* Strong organisation skills
* A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
