What will you be doing in this role?
Your role sits in the Tenancy Services Team who provide a wide range of housing management services. The team manages the housing register and are responsible for ensuring that new tenants are able to register and place bids for homes, the team are also responsible for allocating our properties in line with local lettings policies.
£25,531.28 per annum
Permanent, 37 hours per week
What will you be doing in this role?
Your role sits in the Tenancy Services Team who provide a wide range of housing management services. The team manages the housing register and are responsible for ensuring that new tenants are able to register and place bids for homes, the team are also responsible for allocating our properties in line with local lettings policies.
As a Select Move Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, customer focused applications process. You'll provide consistent advice and assistance in response to telephone and personal enquires from customers, dealing with all queries at the first point of contact where possible. You will deliver a range of administrative duties, relevant to the successful operations of the Team.
