The Role: This hybrid role blends category insights with commercial analysis. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making across the business by delivering clear, actionable insights derived from both internal data and external market sources. You'll also work closely with commercial and internal teams to ensure data-driven decisions are shaping the future of product performance Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular category performance reviews and contribute to strategic insights for internal stakeholders and key retail partners. Maintain and update key data reports, tracking tools, and dashboards across category, sales, and promotional activity. Dive deep into retail data portals and EPOS systems to highlight performance trends and identify growth opportunities. Identify risks and opportunities in sales trends, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness, ensuring insights lead to proactive action. About You: You have a background in category management, (or sales analysis) within an FMCG environment. You're comfortable handling large data sets and are adept at extracting meaningful insights. Experience using market data tools such as Kantar, Nielsen, or similar is highly beneficial. You're a confident communicator who can translate data into clear business recommendations.
