Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the Quality Engineering function. The role focuses on driving quality improvements across manufacturing, helping establish robust quality control processes, and solving complex product and process issues. This role is ideal for candidates from a start-up or pilot-line background who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience implementing end-to-end quality strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead root cause investigations into complex quality and process issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain control plans and quality standards for new and existing products. Support the implementation of PFMEA and other risk analysis tools. Collaborate with R&D, production, and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality are embedded at every stage. Monitor and improve yield, defect rates, and product reliability. Contribute to the development of the company's broader continuous improvement and operational excellence strategies. Candidate Profile: Experience in a start-up, scale-up or pilot-line manufacturing environment. Proven track record in solving complex quality problems and leading continuous improvement projects. Strong background in full lifecycle manufacturing, ideally in materials, chemicals, or industrial production. Practical experience with PFMEA, control plans, and quality management systems. Detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on. Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams. Engineering degree or similar technical qualification preferred. Why Join? Join a purpose-led team innovating in sustainable materials. Have a direct impact on product and process reliability in a scaling company. Be part of a collaborative, high-energy team with real ownership of your work. Hybrid working, competitive salary, and long-term growth opportunities.
