Job Responsibilities
* Liaising with lawyers to identify their work commitments and prioritise work accordingly.
* Diary management, including arranging meetings and appointments internally and externally.
* Booking travel and meetings.
* Producing PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, and Excel spreadsheets.
* Managing the production of documents.
* Audio and copy typing for complex and confidential documents, supported by the Document Production team.
* Handling client telephone enquiries professionally within the agreed timescales.
* General administrative duties.
* Participating in projects at management's discretion.
* Assisting lawyers in billing and credit control processes.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in dealing directly with clients via telephone.
* Legal secretarial experience within a private client environment is advantageous.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
