Job Summary
Onsite Recruitment Coordinator in Glasgow with some remote work available. Flexible hours across a 24/7, 7-day operation.
The Role
In this fast-paced, people-focused position you will be at the heart of our onsite operations, supporting candidates and clients. You will ensure the smooth running of a 24‑hour operation, manage workforce planning, candidate management, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule workers across a 24/7 operation
* Manage and update rotas in real time
* Recruit, screen and onboard new candidates
* Act as the main point of contact for onsite workers
* Build strong relationships with the client and maintain service levels
* Resolve queries, manage attendance and ensure shift coverage
* Support operational delivery and adapt to changing workforce demands
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Experience in recruitment, coordination or workforce planning (preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, reactive environment
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings and weekends
* Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
