DWF are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer to join the Workplace Department in Manchester or Leeds on a 12 month FTC. The role can be based from either our Manchester or Leeds office, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement with 2 or 3 days working from the office and 2 or 3 days from home. About the role The Project Support Officer role will report to the Project Manager and work closely with other project staff and external partners. As Project Support, your responsibilities will include: Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, risks and issues. Support the project manager in financial management, procurement and compliance elements on the projects. Coordinate and organise project meetings, workshops, events, and travel arrangements Prepare and distribute project documents, reports, minutes, and correspondence Consult with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, consultants and contractors About you There are some specific skills and experience we are looking for from candidates. Experience in project administration, coordination, or management. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in working with legal projects or Workplace projects a benefit. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile. Familiarity with legal requirements and reporting formats, such as GDPR, ISO standards.
