The Role
* Support and assist the Accommodation Manager in the daily housekeeping operations
* Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring their tasks are completed to a high standard
* Conduct room and public area inspections, ensuring they meet cleanliness and safety standards
* Work closely with other departments (e.g. Maintenance, Front Office) to ensure guests' needs are met efficiently
* Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner
