Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed
* Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
