An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Burton upon Trent working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Hours 9.30am - 5pm. Lettings Negotiator Role: You will be working with a successful market leading Estate Agency as a Lettings Negotiator. You will be responsible for registering applicants, managing the database, booking viewings and valuations, taking offers, dealing with incoming enquiries, administration. Required Skills: Previous Lettings or Estate Agency experience Customer Service experience Strong Admin / IT experience A proactive team player. Working Hours - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
