Ideal candidates will have a background in rural property law or be commercial/residential property solicitors looking to transition into this exciting field.
The successful candidates will be involved in a diverse range of rural work. This includes handling the purchase and sale of estates, forests, farms, and country houses, as well as providing expert advice on crofting issues and agricultural holdings legislation. Your contributions will be crucial to the continued growth and success of this forward-thinking team.
Confidence in working independently and managing your own caseload is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable collaborating with team members on larger or more complex transactions. You are also expected to have experience in contributing to business development.
While applications are invited from candidates with 2-5 years’ PQE in a relevant area, they are open to considering applicants outwith this range. Both full-time and part-time applicants, as well as those seeking flexible working arrangements, will be considered.
