We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager in Residential Childcare to join a supportive team in the Erewash River Area.
If you have strong childcare experience, supervisory skills, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you! Lead shifts and provide high-quality care for children and young people.
Act as Key Worker for assigned children, supporting care plans and casework.
Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed.
Support children's development, education, and well-being.
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Full UK Driving Licence.
