Assistant Centre Manager
We are recruiting for an Assistant Centre Manager to work for our client who are in Warrington, Cheshire.
THE DUTIES:
* Support the Centre Manager with the daily operation and management of the centre
* Coordinate workloads to ensure targets and KPIs are met
* Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and centre presentation
* Monitor and control stock levels and stock value
* Ensure all work complies with company policies and procedures
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
* Assist in achieving company business objectives and centre performance goals
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Ability to manage workloads, priorities, and meet KPIs
* Full UK driving licence
THE HOURS:
This is a Perm position.
Monday – Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 1pm
THE PAY:
You will earn an annual rate between £32k - £34k per annum.
