Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Wisbech | Salary: £33,600 - £34,800
Hours: 39 per weeks
Required: Full UK Driving License
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our clients team supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for children and young people. You'll lead by example, mentor your team, and help create a safe, nurturing home environment.

What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in a children's residential setting
* NVQ Level 4 in Children & Young People
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards & safeguarding
* Experience managing budgets and rotas
* Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
* Full UK driving licence
Your Role Includes:

* Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver therapeutic, high-quality care.
* Be a positive role model for staff and children alike.
