School Counsellor
Are you ready to be part of something new and exciting in education?
We are an innovative online homeschooling provider supporting learners aged 5 to 18.
We're seeking an enthusiastic, fully qualified school counsellor to help us shape the future of online SEND support. Join a lively, collaborative team dedicated to making a real difference—all from the comfort of your own home
In the first instance, you'll work closely with our Heads of School and Learning Support Co-ordinator to establish a fully online SEND clinic. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering a seamless, end-to-end service - assessment, diagnosis, and intervention - all online. This will form part of our graduated approach to SEND, following the plan-do-review cycle.
As our service grows, you'll have the opportunity to deliver time-bound therapeutic interventions to students who need extra support. All interventions will be online and structured as focused programmes, allowing you to bring your skills to learners wherever they are. You will report to the Heads of School and Learning Support Co-ordinator.
