Position Summary
The Senior Production Manager will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital content production for the NBA Europe & Middle East (EME) region. Reporting to the Digital Content Team Leader, this role ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality, culturally relevant digital content across NBA digital and social platforms for the Consumer and Partnership teams. The Production Manager will oversee production, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and logistics for a variety of digital content projects.
Working closely with Marketing, Global partnerships and external agency partners.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, production experience across digital platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment tied to the NBA season.
Major Responsibilities
1. Manage production operations for regional digital content projects, overseeing timelines, resourcing, and workflows across social, branded content and marketing campaigns
2. Develop and implement production workflows, tools, and processes that enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-market collaboration
