About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic UK Ecommerce team. In this role, you will manage and optimise advertising campaigns on our platforms for our esteemed clients, including well known retails groups and various fashion brands. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service and actionable insights that propel our clients to success.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Sufficient years in customer acquisition or marketing, with a proven track record in managing and optimising our advertising campaigns.
* Data Savvy: Strong ability to analyse large datasets and transform them into strategic insights. 📊
* Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with meticulous attention to detail.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce, particularly within the advertising landscape, is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
* Recent focus on managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns, especially on our platforms.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
* A proven ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business results.
Your Day-to-Day Activities:
* Work closely within your pod on clients
* Monitor ad account performance, check emails, and identify performance trends to recommend strategies to clients.
* Conduct 1-4 client calls daily to discuss insights and recommendations. 📞
* Engage with your pod team to prioritise weekly objectives and maintain a collaborative atmosphere.
* Measure success through a revenue-based team target while building trusting relationships with clients. 🤝
What You Bring to the Table:
* Ads experience is a must!
* A background in e-commerce is a big plus.
* Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a bonus.
