Electronic Engineering Lab Technician

Join a trusted partner of the UK Ministry of Defence and play a key role in supporting the design, development, and production of cutting-edge electronicsranging from missile subsystems to test equipment. With major investment across our UK sites, were expanding our Electronic Engineering labs and looking for proactive Lab Technicians to help us deliver world-class defence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep our labs running smoothlyclean, safe, and fully equipped
Support hands-on testing, CCA rework (IPC standards), and technical activities
Manage equipment calibration, lab access, and security protocols
Train users on essential lab skills (soldering, crimping, cable lay-ups, etc.)
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and wider site teams
What Do You Need?:
Experience in engineering lab environments
IPC J-STD-001 & IPC-7721 certified (IPC-A-610 a bonus)
Strong understanding of ESD control and lab safety
