Update and maintain training materials to reflect technological advancements and industry best practices. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create specialised training modules. Conduct training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) to suit different learning styles. Use diverse instructional techniques and media to enhance learning. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Integrate the latest technology and e-learning tools to improve training delivery and engagement.
