About The Role

These are exciting times at TFG London. We recently completed the acquisition of White Stuff to complement our established brands Phase Eight, Whistles Hobbs and Inside Story. We're not stopping there though; we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and we want you to be part of that. We are keen to appoint an International People Business Partner to support our retail colleagues across multiple international locations. In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for our Country Managers, Regional Managers and store colleagues providing support and training from an HR perspective and build your own knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in individual markets

What you'll be doing:

Your Duties and Responsibilities as HR Business Partner will include:

1. Communicate with influence and provide expert People advice, coaching, and support to our retail teams, helping them navigate a range of people matters
2. Act as a true generalist, participating in various projects across areas such as Employee Relations, Reward, L&D and Engagement
3. Ensure employee engagement within the retail teams is maintained and that the culture and values are always at the forefront of everything we do
4. Design and deliver transformational learning experiences that upskill our retail teams in critical competencies, building a learning culture and continuous development mindset
5. Provide support and insights to leaders to support decisions on store openings, closures, headcount planning and payroll discussions
6. Upskill Management teams on any changes in law or legislation ensuring they have the skills to deliver
7. Identify and address training needs, and design an impactful L&D calendar
8. Keep us compliant with the latest employment laws and update our policies as needed
9. Collaborate on retail-specific projects and refine our People processes to boost efficiency

What you will need:

To be successful as the International People Business Partner you will have the following skills and experience:

10. Expert in ER Knowledge of Employment law across international markets
11. Strong business partner with a track record building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
12. Confident influencer adept a winning buy in from stakeholders
13. Exposure to multi site retail from an HR perspective in UK and International markets
14. Experience coaching and upskilling colleagues
15. Proficiency in German or Spanish would be a big advantage
