About The Role
As a Junior Interior Designer, you’ll work closely with our senior design team across all stages of the design process from early concept development to design delivery. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to contribute to real projects while gaining valuable experience in concept design development, 3D rendering, and technical documentation. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team that values creativity, precision, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
* Prepare drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
* Support project documentation, including material specifications and FF&E schedules.
* Conduct site visits and assist with measurement taking and installation coordination.
* Source materials, finishes, and furnishings while maintaining the sample library.
* Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and samples.
* Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure design intent is achieved.
* Participate in client meetings, take notes, and update presentations.
* Adhere to company processes, contributing to efficiency and quality improvements.

Requirements
Essential
* Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
* Creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable
* Up to two years of experience in interior design (education sector experience advantageous).
* Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape).
* Experience in 3D visualisation, material selection, and technical drawing production.
