The Opportunity
We are seeking an independent, commission-based Sales & Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach and secure new fixed contracts across the UK.
This is a self-employed, performance-driven role — ideal for someone entrepreneurial, motivated, and eager to grow their own income by generating new business. There is no base salary; your earnings come from a percentage of the profit from every contract you secure and manage.
You will have complete flexibility in how you work, when you work, and which markets you target.

Key Responsibilities
•Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C clients across various logistics sectors (removals, haulage, cargo, and delivery contracts).
•Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, individuals, and organisations requiring logistics services.
•Negotiate and close deals for local and long-distance contracts.
•Develop growth strategies to help Benipal Logistics secure repeat and fixed contracts.
•Collaborate with company management to ensure smooth operations on confirmed jobs.
