Trainee Field Sales Representative

Ideally located in South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea.
Salary: £25K to £28K OTE, with a £21K basic salary, plus a company car, bonus, pension, benefits, career development, and a 5-day workweek.
The Candidate:
* Good technical knowledge; experience in car bodywork, bodyshop, or mechanical repair is beneficial but not essential.
* Some sales experience or the personality suited for sales.
* Good communication skills, negotiation, and deal-closing ability.
* Genuine interest in cars, bodywork, paintwork, and the automotive sector.
* Ability to develop new and existing accounts to grow turnover and profit.
* Ability to demonstrate technical products, highlighting features and benefits.
* Ability to promote new product lines.
* Build customer loyalty through strong relationships.
* Full driving license essential.
