Night Warehouse Manager MUST have led multiple teams of Warehouse people and managers in the Food Distribution industry.
Night Warehouse Manager MUST have experience working in a fast paced food logistics environment.
The hours / days for this role are Monday - Friday
Monday - Thursday - 20:00 - 05:30
Friday - 16:00 - 01:30

The Role
* Management of a night warehouse team
* Coaching the team to reach their full potential
* Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time
* Managing recruitment, absence, performance conduct safety and service
* Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
* Carrying out good quality investigations
