Job Purpose: Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience specific to Love2shop consumer brands; Park Christmas Savings and Love2shop.co.uk whilst ensuring compliance to all policies, processes and regulations. This is a fixed term contract role paying £23,810 per annum (minimum wage) Contract Duration: 18th August 2025 - 31st January 2026 Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm but overtime will be required from October increasing the hours to 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am - 1pm. You will be in the office in Valley Road, Birkenhead full time for the first 2 weeks and then be required in the office on Wednesday and Thursdays as a minimum.
