Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of support teams, ensuring high standards of client service while mentoring and developing staff.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing legal support teams

* Driving service improvements and operational efficiency
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
