As our Vehicle Inspector Technician, you will be inspecting used vehicles to the highest standards before reporting back with any repair work needed, and issuing a detailed inspection report. This is the job
You’ll be a pivotal member of our team, carrying out inspections, repairs, and services on customer vehicles, and reporting your work via our app. You will clearly explain your findings to customers, helping them understand the issues and guiding them to make informed decisions. Share your advice based on your knowledge, or direct customers to the appropriate department for issues outside your expertise.
Hours of work: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm, Monday - Friday, with overtime available.

What will I be doing?
* A communicator: Explain mechanical faults to customers clearly, ensuring they understand the issues and options.
* A keen eye for detail: Inspect used vehicles to the highest standards, reporting any required repairs before issuing detailed reports.
* A self-starter: Work independently, managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
What do I need?
* NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or higher), or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience, preferably including MOT work.
* Full category B driving license with 6 points or less.
