We’re working with a respected professional membership organisation that’s passionate about supporting its members and upholding high standards. They’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Membership Executive to join their friendly and collaborative team.
💥 As a Membership Executive you will:
* Process membership and qualification assessment applications.
* Maintain and update member records in the CRM system.
* Handle member reinstatements and ensure data accuracy.
* Follow up on incomplete applications to ensure timely completion.
* Respond to email and phone enquiries with professionalism and care.
💥 You'll likely be someone who:
* Has experience in customer service and data processing.
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Communicates confidently, both in writing and verbally.
* Can work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
* Has experience in a professional membership or similar setting.
