Role Objective:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven AI Automation Manager to lead the strategy, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across the business. This role will oversee the integration of AI-driven technologies and workflow orchestration to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI automation strategy aligned with business goals. Identify automation opportunities and promote cross-functional initiatives.
* Technology & Innovation: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered automation systems. Integrate AI models into workflows, ensuring performance and scalability. Stay updated on emerging AI trends.
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to map workflows, identify automation areas, and develop frameworks for assessment and improvement.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet ethical, legal, and compliance standards. Establish monitoring and governance processes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience with AI Agents, N8N, and related technologies.
* Knowledge of agentic workflows, MCP, and A2A protocols.
* Leadership experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation roles.
* Proven deployment of AI and RPA solutions at the business level.
* Deep understanding of ML, NLP, and workflow orchestration tools.
* Ability to manage complex workflows across stakeholders.
