J ob Description: As the Retail Manager, you will ensure the retail store reaches targets set for both sales and costs by the end of each financial year and that the store is a safe and welcoming place for all. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided in every interaction with a customer, ensuring you are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Respond efficiently to till queues to always ensure customer satisfaction Process till transactions securely, quickly and accurately Deliver effective product availability, replenish stock, deliver accurate cash handling and till operational procedures As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for store changes/promotions in a timely and accurate way Support with customer telephone queries You’ll be flexible in your approach to all systems and people management, ensuring your team is fully trained across the retail and systems spectrum.
