We're a growing recruitment agency based in Warwick, and we're hiring a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of the candidate side of our business. This is a candidate-led role — no business development, no cold sales — just a focus on delivering a high-quality experience and building strong talent pipelines.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the full candidate journey, from initial outreach through to placement, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional, high-quality experience.
* Managing candidate pipelines across live roles
* Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro) and job boards
* Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates
* Managing and maintaining our CRM (JobAdder)
* Keeping candidate data accurate, organised, and compliant
* Supporting consultants with talent mapping and market insights
* Ensuring a first-class candidate experience at every stage
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or CRM systems (JobAdder ideal)
* A proactive, candidate-first mindset
