Office Based - Can WFH on Fridays if Work Targets are Met

£35,000 - £40,000 *DOE
Permanent, Full Time

8:30am - 5pm

Near Liverpool Street Station, City of London

Our client, a dynamic and fun recruitment organisation, is on the lookout for a talented Office Manager to join their team in London. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Office & Facilities Management - Oversee the smooth running, organisation, and upkeep of the office environment.
IT, Systems & Technology Support - Provide basic technical support and coordinate with external IT partners.
Operational & Sales Support - Support core operations, sales processes, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Recruitment & Marketing Support - Assist with vacancy postings, online content, and basic marketing activity.
Finance & Administration Support - Handle invoice processing and support financial admin tasks.
Contractor & Compliance Administration - Maintain compliance documentation and accurate contractor records.
Payroll & Contractor Pay Support - Assist with payroll preparation and help resolve pay-related queries.
Executive & Project Support - Provide diary and travel support to senior leadership and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Requirements:

Previous Office Management or Administration experience ideally within the recruitment industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Confident in using business systems such as HRIS, Xero, and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
