Teaching Personnel’s Graduate Pathway offers an exciting route into teaching through a Trainee Learning Support Assistant role. You’ll work in one of our partner secondary schools supporting student attainment and building the foundations for your future in education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted 1:1 or small group interventions in your subject specialism
* Support pupils with SEN or low attainment in mainstream classroom settings
* Collaborate with teachers to monitor and review academic progress
* Act as a role model and mentor, promoting a love for learning
Ideal Candidate:
* A graduate with a strong academic background in English, Maths, or Science
* An empathetic and patient communicator
* Someone who thrives when working with young people and understands the challenges some students face
* Looking to move into teacher training after gaining classroom experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
