You’ll be working with a superb, fast growing Managed Service Provider working alongside their support team as a point of escalation for the 1st & 2nd line engineers. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cyber
* Resolving Incidents: Resolved technical problems passed on from 2nd line.
* Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
* Help Users: Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or internet.
* Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
* Documentation: Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
