About the Role:
We are seeking a Mental Health Manager to lead a mental health service. We require a strong leader to provide stability and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership and operational oversight for the service
* Direct and support a team.
* Work positively with external professionals and stakeholders
* Ensure governance systems are understood and implemented effectively
* Maintain high standards of care and compliance under pressure
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in mental health service management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and drive positive outcomes
* Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance processes
