Job Description
Traffic Marshall / Banksman (NPORS or CPCS Certified)Harlow, Essex - Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities
* Safely direct vehicle and plant movement on a busy construction site
* Maintain clear communication with drivers and site personnel using approved hand signals
* Monitor site access points and control traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents
* Assist with deliveries and ensure safe loading/unloading procedures
* Enforce site safety protocols and report any hazards or breaches
Requirements
* Valid NPORS (N403) or CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification
* Full PPE including high-vis, hard hat, gloves, and safety boots
* Previous experience in traffic management on construction sites
* Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
