As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth day to day running of our office. Following a successful probation period, you would become a qualifying employee of our Employee Ownership Trust, sharing in the long-term success of the business. You will be part of a friendly team, responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your role will involve carrying out office processes to support the department. Key Responsibilities: • Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including responding to emails, answering the phone and managing the post. • Document Management: Ensure all documents are up to date and accurately filed • Data Entry & Database Management: Input and maintain data across various systems including Excel, ensuring information is up to date and accurate. • Filing & Record Keeping: Maintain an organised filing system, ensuring that records are easily accessible. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
