4. Act as part of the management team for owner-managed businesses
5. Produce financial data that actually means something
6. Review accounts and tax computations to make them leaner and smarter
7. Turn numbers into insights for directors who don't speak accountant
8. Support onboarding of new clients and help shape their first business plans

What You'll Need to SucceedOur client wants someone ambitious, curious, and ready to grow into a proper business advisor-not just a number cruncher.
You'll also need:
9. ACCA or ACA qualification
10. 3+ years in an accountancy or outsourcing firm
11. Ability to prepare statutory and management accounts for small companies
