JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Powder Coating & Paint Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridgend.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience within a manufacturing, production, paint spraying, powder coating, or industrial environment who are looking for a long-term position with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing products and components for the coating process.
* Assisting with powder coating and paint production processes.
* Loading and unloading products throughout the manufacturing process.
* Conducting quality checks on finished products.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Following all health and safety procedures.
* Supporting production operations as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
2. Experience within powder coating, paint spraying, industrial finishing, or similar processes would be advantageous.
