About the Role In this non-fee earning role, you will use your experience in Clinical Negligence to conduct detailed success assessments on new client enquiries, ensuring cases meet our viability and risk criteria. Youll provide feedback and coaching to the Contact Centre team, liaise with practice areas, and play a key part in optimising the client onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities Complete legal success assessments on new Clinical Negligence enquiries Conduct offline reviews of self-accepted cases to ensure alignment with business standards Provide real-time legal support and coaching to Senior Advisors in the Contact Centre Collaborate with legal teams to ensure consistency in case selection and risk assessment Contribute to process improvements and best practice within the Success Team Analyse trends and share commercial insights with marketing and operational leads What We're Looking For Strong, hands-on experience in Clinical Negligence case handling (essential) Background as a Fee Earner, Case Handler, Paralegal or Legal Executive in this area Commercially aware, with the ability to assess case viability and risk Effective communicator and collaborative team player Comfortable working with data and digital case management systems Coaching or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential Why Join Simpson Millar?
