We are looking for a Facilities (CREWS) Manager for the UK team who would manage the CREWS responsibilities including building operations and maintenance, security, dining services, office services, and health and safety compliance.
Reporting to the senior manager, you will oversee a team based across two UK sites.

Your Impact
* You will develop and maintain sites, including building and capital expenditure projects.
* You will be responsive to employee concerns and responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the CREWS team, employees, and guests.
* You will deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing costs and vendor strategies.
* You will oversee the management of outsourcing relationships with vendors for dining services, housekeeping, and security.
* You will maintain relationships with property management liaisons, plan, and communicate major building services/projects.
* You will lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicating performance goals and priorities.
* You will be responsible for managing financial budgets using forecasting tools.
* You will ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) perform at optimal levels, observing statutory and regulatory laws.
* You will maintain statutory records, certificates, and test certificates in an up-to-date and accessible manner.
